I am a NASM certified personal training and IFBB Bikini Pro. I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast, and in 2019, I finally decided to take the next step in my fitness journey by competing in the NPC Bikini division. That summer, I stepped on stage twice and earned my pro card the following year. As a new mom with a career, I understand life’s challenges. I find immense fulfillment in helping women reach their fitness goals. I firmly believe in educating clients about fitness and nutrition, thus empowering them to achieve a balanced, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle.

My name is Kathy Gardner, and I’ve been competing for just over 7 years. I very quickly developed a passion for competing as a bikini athlete, along with becoming a posing coach.There is nothing more rewarding than seeing woman grow beyond what our mind limits us to believe! Posing is a huge part of being confident on stage. So……I developed the skills to became a posing coach for Fitabulous and have coached countless woman. Watching my clients become confident, poised and elegant on stage makes my heart smile. I have the unique opportunity to help these amazing and courageous woman to become better than they thought they could ever become! I always say, if I can do then you can do it!!

My name is Brooke Bloedorn, and I was born and raised in Kenosha, WI. Growing up, I stayed active as a competitive dancer and tennis player. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I began my career over ten years ago teaching group fitness while pursuing a Dance Major and a Somatics Minor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Teaching at the campus recreation center allowed me to build a strong sense of community and connect with people who prioritized health and wellness. During this time, I discovered my love for strength training and haven’t looked back since. After graduating, I continued teaching group fitness, earned my NASM personal training certification, and began managing fitness facilities. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ranging in age from 2 to 92! In 2024, I decided to take the leap and compete in the Bikini division of bodybuilding. I’m thrilled to continue my bodybuilding journey and am driven by a desire to inspire others to lead healthy lifestyles and embrace the transformative power of movement.
